”The Public Prosecution Department of the Principalityof Monaco has the particularity of being the single Public ProsecutionDepartment for all of the Monegasque courts, before which the PublicProsecution Department is represented, which is where its French name ‘ParquetG?n?ral’ (meaning General Public Prosecution Department) comesfrom.  

The Public Prosecution Department is represented athearings held before the majority of the courts:

Incriminal matters, the Public Prosecutor gives the prosecutionaddress before the Criminal Court, the Correctional Court, the Court ofAppeal ruling on both correctional matters and in the Court Chambers as theexamining court, as well as before the Court of Revision. The PublicProsecution Department is represented before the Police Court by a Police Superintendentchosen by the Public Prosecutor.”
