Part Eight: Penalties 

Article (125): 
(a) Penalties resulting from violations of this Law shall be appliedexclusively by courts. ThePublic Prosecutor’s Office shall undertake all enquiries and investigation inaccordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedures.
