100. Report topolice- Where on any inquiry conducted under this Part the Court is of the opinionthat any -
(a)electoral offence; or
(b)corrupt practice; or
(c)wilful irregularity,
hasbeen committed by any person, the Court shall refer the matter to theCommissioner of Police.
