Who carries out investigation for election-related criminal offenses?

Article (24): Court Jurisdiction

1. The court shall have the competence of hearingappeals filed for cancellation or amendment of the decisions passed by theCommission, or appeals which may be challenged according to this law before theElection Cases

2. The Court’s Jurisdiction shall not include the elections crimes stipulatedin this law which fall under the jurisdiction of the regular courts.
