The Public Prosecution shall beresponsible for judicially investigating crimes stipulated in the present Partand may order the provisional detention of the accused pending investigationuntil referral to a criminal trial.
TheGeneral Assembly of every Court of Appeals or Court of First Instance shall beresponsible for determining one or more circuits for hearing and expeditiouslyruling on electoral offenses.
