Who carries out investigation for election-related criminal offenses?

Article 11: judicial officers authorised toinvestigate crimes and its perpetrators and to collect evidences that isnecessary for criminal prosecution.

And Law Number 17 of 2013 define judicial officerswith regard to election related offences as:

Article 41:

Chairman and members of the Board of Commissioners,heads and members of sub-committees and heads of polling centres shall have thepowers of the judicial officer, in matters related to the crimes cited in thislaw.
