Theconglomerate of Electoral laws has very general formulations in this respectand there is no exact provision that stipulates that public prosecutor isresponsible for election-related criminal offence prosecution andinvestigation. However, it is reasonable to assume such responsibilities fromthe quotation from Article 5 as as long as materials on electoral law violataionshould be transferred to Prosecutor’s office and therefore the subsequentresponsibilities falls onto prosecutor. There was no indication in the law onthe contrary
