What penalties are envisioned for offences related to electoral fraud?

Abuse of the Right to Vote Article 157
(1) Whoever at elections or at a referendumvotes instead of another person under his name or at the same elections votesmore than once or uses more than one ballot paper,
shall be punished with a fine or imprisonmentup to one year. (2) A member of the electoral board who enables another tocommit the offence referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, shall bepunished with a fine or imprisonment up to two years.
Ballot and Election Fraud Article 161
A member of an election or referendumadministration body or other person acting in official capacity in respect ofvoting, who by adding or removing ballot papers or votes during counting orotherwise alters the number of ballot papers or votes or publishes false votingresults,
shall be punished with a fine or imprisonmentup to three years.
Destroying of Documentation on Voting Article162
(1) Whoever destroys, damages, removes or concealsa ballot paper or other document on voting at elections or referendum,
shall be punished with fine or imprisonment upto one year. (2) If the offence specified in paragraph 1 of this Article iscommitted by a member of the electoral board or other person acting in officialcapacity in respect of voting, such person shall be punished with imprisonmentof three months to three years.
