3. Within 24 hours from the posting, the representatives of any list canappeal the decision of the ECN to the Constitutional Council, which has todecide within 5 days.
3.Noprazo de vinte e quatro horas a contar da afixa??o do edital, podem osmandat?rios de qualquer lista apresentada recorrer da decis?o da Comiss?oNacional de Elei??es para o Conselho Constitucional, que deve decidir no prazode cinco dias.
Artigo184 (Recursos)
1.The decisions concerning the acceptance or the rejection of the candidacies andof the respective lists can be appealled to the Constituional Council, within 3days after the publication referred in the previous article, by the candidates,their representatives, the political parties and coalitions of politicalparties.
2.The appeals are presented to the ENC which, within maximum 5 days, decides andremits them to the Constitutional Council toghether with the relevant evidencesand electoral material..
3.TheConstitutional Council deliberates within the legal term, by notifying to theENC and the claimant and the interested persons.

Das decis?es relativas ? aceita??o e rejei??o das candidaturas e dasrespectivas listas podem recorrer ao Conselho Constitucional, no prazo de tr?sdias, ap?s a publica??o referida no artigo anterior, os candidatos, os seusmandat?rios, os partidos políticos e coliga??es de partidos políticos. 2. Osrecursos s?o apresentados ? Comiss?o Nacional de Elei??es que, no prazo de at?cinco dias, se pronuncia e remete-os ao Conselho Constitucional, com as provase os materiais eleitorais julgados pertinentes. 3. O Conselho Constitucionaldelibera no prazo legal, notificando a Comiss?o Nacional de Elei??es e orecorrente e demais interessados.”
