1. Thedeliberations taken by the l Electoral National Commission (ENC) on electoralmaterial can be appealed to the Constitutional Council.
2. Theappeal is done within 3 days, from the notification of the ENC deliberation, onthe presented complaint or protest.
3. Within5 days, the Constitutional Council definitely judges the appeal, by immediatelycommunicating the decision to all the interested persons, including theelectoral bodies.

O recurso ?interposto no prazo de tr?s dias, a contar da notifica??o da delibera??o daComiss?o Nacional de Elei??es sobre a reclama??o ou protesto apresentado. 3. Noprazo de cinco dias, o Conselho Constitucional julga definitivamente o recurso,comunicando imediatamente a decis?o a todos os interessados, incluindo os?rg?os eleitorais.
