Article 176. 6. Decisions, action or inactionof election commissions, including the Central Election Commission with regardthe establishment of the results of elections can be appealed in the manner providedin Article 172 of this Code.

Article 172. 3. Decision, action or inaction ofthe Central Election Commission with regard the establishment of the results ofelections or referendum can beappealed to the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine. All otherdecisions, acts or omissions of the Central Election Commission or a member ofthe commission may be appealed to the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal.
