Article 99.1. Proceedings in certaincategories of cases in the courts, and the procedures for review and appeal ofdecisions are determined by the Code ofAdministrative Judicial Procedure of Ukraine with the consideration ofspecificities stipulated by this Law.

2. The following can be appealed to thecourt

4) the actions or inactions of election commissions,including the decision of the Central Election Commission on the results ofelection are determined in the manner provided in Article 172 of the Code ofAdministrative Proceedings of Ukraine.

Article 172. 3. Decision, action or inactionof the Central Election Commission with regard the establishment of the resultsof elections or referendum canbe appealed to the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine. All otherdecisions, acts or omissions of the Central Election Commission or a member ofthe commission may be appealed to the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal.
