Article77 1. A violation of the electoral legislation maybe appealed at a relevant election commission. Decision of an electioncommission may be appealed only at the higher election commission and onlyafter that at the court, in accordance with the rules and timeframes determinedby the present article, unless otherwise defined by the present law.
