Requirement to hold a hearing

If the complaint is NOTabout National Tabulation, then applies Law 12/2014 from 23^rd April 2014, Artigo 192/5

TheDistrict Judicial Tribunal judges the complaint within 48 hours, andcommunicates its decisi?n to the National Electoral Commision, the complainerand others interested.

“O tribunaljudicial de distrito julga o recurso no prazo de quarenta e oito horas,comunicando a sua decis?o ? Comiss?o National de Elei??es, ao recorrente edemais interessados.”

If the complain is doneregarding National Tabulation, then it applies the Law no 12/2014 from23rd April 2014  Artigo 195 (Recurso aoConselho Constitucional)

1. Thedeliberations taken by the l Electoral National Commission (ENC) on electoralmaterial can be appealed to the Constitutional Council.

2. Theappeal is done within 3 days, from the notification of the ENC deliberation, onthe presented complaint or protest.

3. Within5 days, the Constitutional Council definitely judges the appeal, by immediatelycommunicating the decision to all the interested persons, including theelectoral bodies.

No prazo de cinco dias, o Conselho Constitucionaljulga definitivamente o recurso, comunicando imediatamente a decis?o a todos osinteressados, incluindo os ?rg?os eleitorais.”
