?        20th November,1995

?        Article43.  The result of a Presidential Election or a NationalAssembly elections Election shall not be questioned or subject to reviewin any court except on an election petition presented to the ConstitutionalCourt under this Act.

?        Article44(1) Article 51(3) to (5) of the Constitution shall apply for thedetermination of the question as to whether a person has been validly electedto the office of President.
