Article 104. 1. A subject of the electoralprocess may appeal the decisions, actions or inaction of the electioncommission or a member of an election commission.

2. Decisions, actions or inaction of theprecinct election commission and its members appealed to the district election commission or the administrative court atthe respective location of the polling station commission.

3. Decision, action or inaction of the districtelection commission or a member of the commission may be appealed to the Central ElectionCommission or the regional administrative court at the location of thedistrict election commission according to the procedures prescribed by thisLaw.
