CHAPTER 20ELECTION DISPUTES AND ELECTION PETITIONS

Procedure in Appeal

515. Every appeal shall beheard and determined by the appellate Court as in accordance with theprovisions of the Civil and Criminal Procedure Code of Bhutan.

516. The appellate Courtshall, on the pronouncement of a decision, send an authenticated copy of thedecision to the Election Commission and the Speaker or the Chairperson

 Government.

517. The Election Commissionshall, on the receipt of an order made by the appellate Court, submit a copythereof to the Druk Gyalpo, and simultaneously issue a notification.
