Artículo 51
1. Admitidala demanda de amparo, la Sala requerir? con car?cter urgente al ?rgano o a laautoridad de que dimane la decisi?n, el acto o el hecho, o al Juez o Tribunalque conoci? del procedimiento precedente para que, en plazo que no podr?exceder de diez d?as, remita las actuaciones o testimonio de ellas.
2. El?rgano, autoridad, Juez o Tribunal acusar? inmediato recibo del requerimiento,cumplimentar? el env?o dentro del plazo se?alado yemplazar? a quienes fueron parte en el procedimiento antecedente para quepuedan comparecer en el proceso constitucional en el plazo de diez d?as.
Artículo 52
1. Recibidaslas actuaciones y transcurrido el tiempo de emplazamiento, la Sala dar? vista de las mismas a quien promovi? el amparo,a los personados en el proceso, al Abogado del Estado, si estuviera interesadala Administraci?n P?blica y al Ministerio Fiscal. La vista ser? por plazo com?nque no podr? exceder de veinte d?as, y durante ?l podr?n presentarse lasalegaciones procedentes.

3.La Sala, o en su caso la Secci?n, pronunciar? la sentencia que proceda en elplazo de 10 d?as a partir del d?a se?alado para la vistao deliberaci?n.
Article 51
1. Once the writ/remedy ofamparo request has been admitted, the Sala shall request, as a matter ofurgency, to the body or authority which had issued the decision, the act orfact, or to the Judge or Court which dealt with the previous procedure so that,in a no less than 10 days’ time, will send the proceedings or their testimony.
2. The body, authority, Judgeor Court shall immediately: issue a receipt of the request; submit thedocumentation within the time period granted and summon those who were partiesto the former proceedings, so that they may appear in the constitutionalprocedure in a 10 days’ time.
Article 52
1. Once the proceedings have been received and once the summon deadline isover, the Sala shall held a hearing with those that had presented the writ/remedyof Amparo, with those that had entered an appearance in the proceedings, withthe State Attorney, in case the Public Administration had any interest, andwith the Public Prosecutor. The hearing will last no longer than 20 days and,during that time, the allegations deemed to be appropriate can be presented.
3. The Sala or,where appropriate, the Secci?n, will pronounce judgement in a 10 days? timesince the day set for the hearing or deliberation.
