Article172. 3. Decision, action or inaction of the CentralElection Commission with regard the establishment of the results of electionsor referendum can beappealed to theSupreme Administrative Court of Ukraine. All other decisions, acts oromissions of the Central Election Commission or a member of the commission maybe appealed to the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal.
