CHAPTER 20 ELECTION DISPUTES AND ELECTIONPETITIONS
Election Appeals
511. An appeal may,notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being inforce, lie from every order made by a Trial Court to:
(a) The Supreme Court ofBhutan, in case the election petition is related to an election to the NationalAssembly or National Council; or
(b) The High Court of Bhutan,in case the election petition is related to an election to a Local Government.
