CHAPTER 20ELECTION DISPUTES AND ELECTION PETITIONS
Decision of the Trial Court
490. The Trial Court shall, atthe conclusion of the trial of an election petition, make an order:
(a) Dismissing the electionpetition;
(b) Declaring the election ofthe elected candidate to be void;
(c) Declaring the election ofthe elected candidate to be void and the petitioner or any other candidate tohave been duly elected; or
(d) Holding the person liablefor election offences.
