Maximum complaint time since announcement of election results

Art. 122 (1): Complaintsmust be filed to the Registry of the Constitutional Court, failing which thecomplaint shall be inadmissible, within eight days following the announcementfo the results by the Ministry of Interior in case of presidential elections,within ten days in case of parliamentary elections and referenda, withinfifteen days in case of local elections.
