8. Form of petition.

Every petitionshall be addressed “To the Supreme Court of Barbados “. It shall be in the formset out in Appendix B to these rules with such variations as the particularcircumstances may require.

 

APPENDIX B FORM1

Petition in Respect of a General Assembly Election
