Article 8:
5) Boarddecisions shall be publishedin the daily newspapers for a period of at least three days both in Arabic andKurdish. Appeals againstsuch decisions must be submitted by the concerned political party entity withinthree days starting from the last day of the publication of the decision.Such appeals may be submitted to the National office or any electoral office inthe region and governorates.
