Presentation of Election Petitions
469.
An electionpetition calling in question any election shall be presented to the Courtprescribed under section 467 or 468 within tendays from the date of declaration of result in the constituency.
Provided that no election petition shall be filed before the result ofelection in the constituency has been declared.
