Article 5

2.  The people shall exercise their authoritythrough referendum, other forms of direct democracy and their representatives.

Article 67

ThePresident of Georgia only in the exclusive cases, the Government, a member ofthe Parliament, a Parliamentary Faction, a Parliamentary Committee, the higherrepresentative bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, the AutonomousRepublic of Ajara, not less than 30,000 electors shall have the right tolegislative initiative.

Article 74

At therequest of the Parliament of Georgia,  ofnot less than 200,000 electors or on his/her own initiative the President ofGeorgia shall schedule a referendum concerning the issues determined by theConstitution and the Organic Law within 30 days after receiving such a request.

Article 102

1. Thefollowing shall be entitled to submit a draft law on general or partialrevision of the Constitution:

a. the President;

b. more thanhalf of the total number of the members of the Parliament;

c. not lessthan 200,000 electors.
