If the submitteddocuments meet the requirements of this Law, the Chairperson of the appropriatelocal Council of peoples' deputies, within 10 days term, shall submit theall-Ukrainian referendum initiative group documents to the Central Commissionon all-Ukrainian referendum or shall register the local referendum initiativegroup. After that, he or she, within three days term, shall give the localreferendum initiative group the required registration certificate and theaccreditation of initiative group members, on a form established by thePresidium of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
