Article 113
The electorate is convened toreferendum by a presidential decree to which the text put forward forreferendum is annexed. The decree and annex are to be published in the OfficialGazette of the Republic of Tunisia.
Article 115
The question put forwardfor referendum should be phrased as follows 'Do you agree to the proposedamendment of the Constitution or the draft law presented to you?' Theanswer to this question is limited to approval or rejection.
Article 117
The rule of the majority ofvalid votes is the basis of announcing the results of the referendum.
