Article 29
To ensure the secrecy of the election or thereferenda, the ballot papers shall be produced in a way that the name of thecandidate or the political party list, or the subject put into referenda, shallbear a color or symbol as stipulated in the regulation that shall be adopted bya decision of the High Election Commission.
