Article139 Municipalities

(3) A municipality is established bylaw following a referendum by which the will of the residents in a giventerritory is determined. The territory of the municipality is alsodefined by law.

3. Posvetovalni referendum

Art. 26. Državni zbor lahko razpišeposvetovalni referendum o vprašanjih iz svoje pristojnosti, ki so širšegapomena za državljane.
 

Art. 27. Državni zbor lahko razpišeposvetovalni referendum na celotnem območju države ali na določenem ožjemobmočju, kadar vprašanje zadeva samo prebivalce tega ožjega območja.
