Article147. Issues Which May not Be Subject to Republican Referendum

Thefollowing shall not be submitted to a Republican referendum:

a)issues related to the state budget, taxes;

b)issues regarding amnesty or pardon;

c)extraordinary or emergency measures for ensuring public order, health orsecurity;

d)electing, appointing or dismissing persons for/on/from positions which is thecompetence of Parliament,Government or President of the Republic of Moldova;

e)issues of judicial and prosecution bodies competence.
