Article 47. The Legal Force of the Decision Adoptedat a Referendum

1. The decision adopted at a referendum shall bemandatory for all, shall not require additional approval and be effective inthe whole territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. If it is required to pass an additional normative legal in order toimplement the decision adopted at a referendum, the state authority withinwhose powers this issue remains, shall be obliged within 15 days of the day whenthe decision adopted at a referendum comes into force determine the timeframefor drafting such a normative legal act.
