Article 93: Proposinglaws and other acts
The right to proposelaws and other acts shall be granted to the Government and the Member of theParliament.
The right to proposelaws shall also be granted to six thousand voters, through the Member of theParliament they authorized.
The proposal to callfor the national referendum may be submitted by: at least 25 Members of theParliament, the President of Montenegro, the Government or at least 10% of the citizenswith the right to vote
