Article (19): Objecting theCommission Decisions

1. Unless the law provides otherwise, each voter hasthe right to challenge before the Commission any decision issued by it withinthree days from the day he/she is notified of such a decision. He/she shallillustrate the reasons behind the objection and submit any supporting documentsand data.

2. The Commission shall decideupon the objection within three days from its submission. Its decision relatedto the objection is subject to appeal before the Court.

 

Article (104): Challengesagainst the Commission Decisions Related to Results

1. Any electoral list, candidate, candidate agent orrepresentative may appeal the decisions issued by the Commission within twodays as from the announcement of the final results of the elections.

2. The Court shall adjudicate onthe appeal within five days as from the filing thereof, and immediatelycommunicate the decisions taken by the Court to the Commission for implementation.
