Article35-1 (1)The submitters of candidate lists have theright to read the vote-counting minutes and contest these minutes by presentingtheir objections to theCentral Election Commission within three days after the electionresults, as recorded in the vote-counting minutes have been approved. TheCentral Election Commission shall examine the complaint and take a decisionwithin three days.
