92.Election petitions
(1) Where any candidate or five electors are dissatisfied with theresult of any election held in the constituency for which that candidate isnominated, or in which those electors are registered, they may, within sevendays after the declaration of the results of the poll by the Chief ElectoralOfficer by petition filed in the Court demand an inquiry into the conduct ofthe election or any candidate or other person thereat.
