467.
The authority totry an election petition relating to an election to the National Assembly orNational Council be shall be the High Court of Bhutan.
Presentation of Election Petitions
469.
An electionpetition calling in question any election shall be presented to the Courtprescribed under section 467 or 468 within ten days from the date of declaration ofresult in the constituency.
Provided that noelection petition shall be filed before the result of election in theconstituency has been declared.
