PART VIII-Election Petitions

85. Petitions against elections

 A petition complaining of the undue election or undue returnof a member of the Assembly (in this Law called an election petition)may be presented to theGrand Court by anyone or more of the following persons, that is to say-(a) a person who voted or had a right to vote at the election to which thepetition relates;

(b)a person claiming to have had a right to be returned at such election; or

(c)a person alleging himself to have been a candidate at such election.
