Article 20: TheCourt of Cassation shall be responsible for determining the validity of membershipin the People’s Assembly.
Any appeals shall bepresented, along with statements and evidence, to the court, within thirty daysof the announcement of the election result.
The court shall decide on the appeal within 90 days from itsreceipt.
Membership [of the People’s Assembly] shall be declared void onthe date the [Court’s’] decision is deposited with the assembly.
