The NationalElections Act  part VII ,Article 111 Objections against ProvisionalElections and Referendum Results

(1) Anycandidate or Political Parties that participated in an election or referendumshall have the right to submit a written objection against the provisionalresults of a polling centre or elections or referendum as declared by theCommission under this Act in accordance with regulations.

(2) Theobjection provided for under Sub-section (1) of this section shall be submittedat any Commission office for the attention of the Commission within seven daysof the declaration of provisional results.

The NationalElections Act, 2012 does not distinguish between Presidential and Legislativeelections with regards to dispute settlement.
