“Under the Constitution, complaints relating toelections are considered by the State Court. The Court consists of five judgesappointed by the Prince for a term of five years with annual replacement of oneof the judges. Direct appeals to the State Court, however, are possible onlyafter the election to contest results for a constituency or the entire country. The Court has authority to invalidate the results if it establishes thatirregularities had or could have had significant impact on the result of theelection.”
