Article 96(1) 

Any politicalorganization or private candidate or representative who has complaints on thevote counting and results may get his complaint recorded to the Polling StationGrievance Hearing Committee, and may submit the same complaint to theConstituency Grievance Hearing Committee in 48 hours.
