Art. 136 : Whoever, through donationsor gifts in cash or in kind, or by promises of gifts, attempts to or influencesthe vote of one or more voters, either directly or through a third party, orwhoever by the same means has determined or attempted to determine one or morevoters to abstain shall be punished with imprisonment of one to three years anda fine of 100,000 to 1.000,000 francs.
The same penalties shall apply to anyperson who is guilty of the offences laid down in article 93 above.
(?
