Law No 11/003 of June 25, 2011 amending law n? 06/006 on the organisation of presidential, legislative, provincial, urban,municipal and local elections / Loi n? 11/003 du 25 juin 2011 modifiant la loi n?06/006 du 09 mars 2006 portant organisation des élections présidentielle,législatives, provinciales, urbaines, municipales et locales

Art. 25 (2): Theprovisional candidate lists may be challenged before the competent court withinfour days from their publication by:

  1. the candidate whose eligibility is contested;

  2. the political party or group that has nominated a candidate or a list of candidates in the electoral constituency;

  3. Any independent candidate running in the electoral constituency or his/her representative.

(? Dansun délai de quatre jours suivant la publication des listes provisoires descandidats, ces listes peuvent ?tre contest?es devant la juridiction comp?tentepar:

1.le candidat dont l’éligibilité est contestée,

2.le parti politique ou le regroupement politique ayant présenté un candidat ouune liste dans la circonscription électorale ;

3.tout candidat se présentant individuellement dans la circonscriptionélectorale ou son mandataire.?)
