Art. 84 (2): Complaints regarding thevalidity of en election can be lodged before the Constitutional Court by anyelector, candidate, political party or Government representative, according tothe organic law.

Art. 120: Anyelector has the right to demand the annulment of the election in his/herpolling station.
Any candidate, anypolitical party or coalition that has presented a list of candidates, either ontheir own or by their representatives, have the right to demand the annulmentof the election in the constituency where they run.
