Political Parties Act does not provide specific provisions targeting infractions related to campaign financing, but it does require parties to provide details of their spending, which by extension includes campaign spending. Falsification of such reports entails criminal sanctions in the form if fine and imprisonment.
In case the political parties breach the rulesset in the Political Parties Act, they shall be punishable with a fine orimprisonment.
