Article 26. (1) During an electoral period, the CECshall have the following responsibilities: l) considers statements and complaints regarding decisionsand actions of district electoral councils and precinct electoral bureaus andadopt mandatory decisions thereupon;

Article 28. District electoral councils shall have thefollowing responsibilities: k) consider statements and complaints about decisions and actions taken byprecinct electoral bureaus, and adopt mandatory decisions regarding them;

Article 30. Precinct electoral bureaus shall have thefollowing responsibilities: f) consider statements and complaints regarding elections administrationand voting organisation, and adopt decisions in that regard, copies of whichshall be attached to the report of the electoral bureau;

Article 65. (1) Voters and electoral competitors maychallenge the actions/inactions and the decisions taken by the electoralcouncils and bureaus, as well as the actions/inactions of the electoralcompetitors. A complaint may be lodged to the court, only after prioraddressing the electoralbody hierarchically superior to the body whose decision is challenged,except the complaints related to the exercise of the right to vote or to theadministration of elections lodged to the electoral bureau on the Election Day.
