Article 68. Ballots and envelopes
The Government shall prepare and deliver ballot papersand official envelopes to the local councils and the magistrates. The question,as proposed by the General Council and the two alternatives responses “YES” and“NO”, shall be contained in differentiated ballots papers. There shall also beblank ballot papers.
Article 73. Establishment of date and referendumquestion
The Government, with the agreement of the GeneralCouncil shall establish the date of the referendum and the referendum question.
