Art. 127: In case oftotal or partial annulment of elections, the electoral college shall meetwithin two to four months from the date the annulment decision was issued.

Art. 80: TheConstitutional Court may either validate the election or cancel the contestedelection or reform proclamation made and declare another candidate elected.
