29. What are the eligibility criteria for political parties to receive public funding?

Ongoing funding: Given to political parties which are represented in Parliament by at least one MP and one Senator.Campaign funding is only available to political parties that present candidates in at least 5 provinces, at least 20/10/20 candidates in legislative, senatorial and local elections respectively.
